In Amsterdam, Maccabi Tel Aviv supporters invaded the city for two days, chanting anti-Arab slogans under police protection and attacking Palestinian flags, they assaulted locals with planks and belts. They intimidated and threathened a young cameraman filming the scenes.

When a Moroccan taxi driver was assaulted by Maccabi supporters, a large group of his colleagues and friends decided to chase the Maccabi supporters through the city.

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu uses the "Deny Aggressor and Reverse Victim-Offender" (DARVO) narrative to transform this confrontation into an "antisemitic pogrom" against Jews.

Complaints filed and investigation

Amsterdam, November 10, 2024 — The Amsterdam Police have officially opened an investigation into recent violent incidents involving Maccabi Tel Aviv supporters following a complaint filed by the Hind Rajab Foundation and the March 30 Movement.

"These disturbing events, which unfolded in the city center, have sparked widespread concern across the Netherlands and internationally. Eyewitness footage shows the supporters wielding belts and pieces of wooden slats, which were allegedly taken from nearby structures, and launching heavy fireworks. The situation escalated near Amsterdam Centraal station, where some individuals were reportedly chased and forced to the ground. In addition to incidents recorded near the station, other videos show Maccabi supporters displaying anti-Arab and racist slogans and pulling down a Palestinian flag prior to the match. These actions were reported to have continued in the city's Spui district, where stones were allegedly used in further acts of violence."

Amsterdam Police confirmed that they are utilizing video evidence from multiple sources, including public street cameras, doorbell recordings, witness accounts, and media footage. "All available evidence will be thoroughly reviewed," a police spokesperson stated, emphasizing the priority of an independent investigation, which Mayor Halsema announced on Friday.

"The Rape Song"

Here's another Maccabi Tel Aviv fan song, from the last time Maccabi Tel Aviv fans visited The Netherlands. It's a hate song against the team's biggest rival in Israel, Hapoel Tel Aviv (who's considered a "leftist" team).

The name of the song, according to the Maccabipedia fan website, is "The Rape Song" :

*"You act like you're so radical /

Singing songs about the holocaust/

And think it's cool to renounce the state/

You're the Arabs' wh*res/

We are ashamed of you/

At the end of the day, Gate 5/

We will f*ck you/

We will f*ck you/

And then we will drink your blood/

In the town's square we will hang every Communist who comes here/

We will take your girls who love to party/

When we'll rape them we will shout/

Today is death, Hapoel/

Today is death, Hapoel"*
