"(Warning: Preparing a vomit bag before pressing "Play" is advised.) "My heart is split in two, between joy (for the released hostages) and sorrow about almost 50 Palestinians who were killed in the rescue mission" These words that were tweeted yesterday by an Israeli, when the confirmed death toll in Nuseirat was still in the dozens, triggered hundreds of Israelis to reply with violent hate comments to the writer. Right-wing radio hosts Shai Goldstein and Erez Tadmor thought it was so hilarious that they recorded and played a song mocking it on their show on Galey Israel station. Goldstein can be seen dancing as he sings about dozens of murdered Palestinians. Shai Goldstein is a veteran radio host who used to be a so-called "liberal" and is now a full-blown genocidal Netanyahu fanboy. Erez Tadmor used to write speeches for Netanyahu and worked for the Likud. A McCarthyist movement he founded, "Im Tirzu", was once referred to by an Israeli court as "having fascist characteristics" and is still active today, promoting persecution of Palestinian and leftist students on campuses, spreading Nakba-denial and other shenanigans. I added my watermark a bit bigger than usual, because I REALLY REALLY hate these guys."
