On April 2, 2025, Israeli bulldozers demolished a residential room and a barn in the town of Anata, northeast of occupied Jerusalem, on Wednesday.

• The Israeli forces stormed the town and demolished a residential room and a barn for sheep and chickens, each measuring 100 square meters, belonging to Ziad Al-Fuhaidat.

• They also bulldozed agricultural land.

• Israeli forces opened fire on Palestinian journalist Mohammad Somaren while he was covering Israeli demolition operations in Anata, east of occupied Jerusalem, damaging his vehicle while he fled, despite the clear presence of “Press” markings.
