On September 23, in the evening, dozens of armed settlers raided the village of al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, West Bank, shoting at civilians in a public park in a southeastern part of the village. One of them, Murad Na’san, 20, was shot in the chest and subsequently died. At least five Palestinian civilians were injured, one of them critically.

Ameen Abu Alia, head of the village council in Al-Mughayyir, said that settlers, under the protection of Israeli forces, attacked a public park in the southeastern part of the village and opened fire on civilians. Five people were wounded, one of them critically in the chest, and he was later pronounced dead.
