A man being interviewed on camera recounts how he was contacted by phone and told to evacuate the tower and tell people to the do the same within 15 minutes. After replying that was impossible, he was given 30 minutes, after which he was called again and told to get people off the street. He received a third call at 5:30 stating that an airstrike is imminent in 3 minutes. Then, another call warning of bombardment in half a minute. The bomb struck while he was still on the phone with the person who then told him "I'm not done yet [with the bombing]"
