My father, my mother, and five of my siblings were killed. My uncle, his wife, and six of their children. My other uncle’s wife and six of their children. My aunt, her husband, and four of their children. Another aunt and her husband, along with six of their children.

"On the frst day of Eid al-Adha, I was on a out documenting the Eid atmosphere amid the war on Gaza. While working I received a call around 12:30 pm, around 2 hours after left home and last saw my family, telling me that the house was completely destroyed.

Before I left home, there around 38 people inside. I'm the only to survive along with my uncle who had went out to secure transportation for the family to move away as they were threaten by the IDF.

I found 5 relatives flung out about 50 metres out of the house, and [collected] 180 kg of body parts that we weighed together assuming to be quivalent of the weight of two adults.

The Gaza Strip didn't lose just a family that is numbers. It lost some of the best men and women. Most of my relatives were doctors and nurses.

My message to the world is to stop the war and recover my relatives from under the rubble so I can bury them. Nothing more.
