On September 2, 2025, Israeli forces conducted a large-scale military raid in Kafr Qalil, a village located south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank. The operation began around 1:00 a.m. and involved multiple Israeli military jeeps entering the village.

During the raid, Israeli forces assaulted a Palestinian man, causing him to sustain injuries that required hospitalization. Additionally, over 5 Palestinians were detained, and several homes were searched and ransacked.

The forces shoot tear canisters and threat journalists reporting on the ground by pointing their weapons at them. They prevent ambulances to reach the injured people.

In a related incident, Israeli settlers attacked a Palestinian man, Mufid Nofal, in the western plains of Kafr Qalil. Nofal was beaten and injured while on his own land, and he was subsequently transferred to the hospital for medical treatment The Palestinian Information Center
