Around 9 am, an Israeli assault in the Shujaiya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, killed two young Palestinians and injured another two.

Press reports attributed the cause of death to either Israeli gunfire or artillery. It is likely they were killed by shots fired from tanks, as has been usually the case since the ceasefire went into effect. The victims were taken to Al-Ahli hospital.

The IDF also perpetrated two other notable vilations of the ceasefire on this day:

• in the same Shujaiya neighborhood, 3 people were injured by two grenades dropped by Israeli drones on a gathering of people.
• in Khan Younis, a woman was wounded by Israeli gunfire in the town of Khuza'a
