At 10:30am on October 11th, 2024, injuries began arriving at the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital as a result of Israeli occupation aircraft firing bombs at citizens east of the Shuja'iyya neighborhood in Gaza City
Two men were killed by the quadcopter. They were identified as Hajj Salama Hajjaj "Abu Ahmed" and Hajj Fawzi Jundiyeh "Abu Azmi"
