On January 15, 2025, Israeli settlers attacked the Palestinian town of Huwara in the West Bank overnight, according to Palestinian reports. Video footage shows settlers roaming the streets before fleeing as residents throw stones. Settlers reportedly tried to attack homes, and a Palestinian child was injured. Huwara has previously faced violent settler attacks, including a deadly rampage in early 2023.

They attacked also the villages of Qasra and Burin, south of Nablus, with the protection of the Israeli army.

Several citizens suffered from suffocation while defending their homes. Settlers also burned a vehicle in Burin, owned by Adnan Izzat Al-Zaben, while occupation forces blocked civil defense crews from extinguishing the fire.
