Around 2 am, an Israeli airstrike targeted a home near Ain Jalut Towers south of Nuseirat, killing three people.
Walaa Jumua Al-Ifranji and Ahmed Saeed Salama were taken to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, where they were confirmed dead. Walaa Al-Ifranji, who was from Gaza City, had moved to the camp after the start of Israel's war on Gaza in October 2023. She was an writer, artist and fashion enthusiast, and worked at the famous Surprise store in the vibrant Rimal neighborhood of Gaza City before the genocide. She also ran her own fashion company, "Wala Fashion Studio." She was a calligrapher and craftsperson who made handmade gifts, including photo frames, key chains, and vases. Her Instagram page, where she showcased some of her work, has more than 95,000 followers.
