"Desalination and water pumping stations in the North have completely stopped due to a lack of fuel. No aid trucks have entered in weeks due to the Israeli occupation's siege, causing a total collapse of civilian infrastructure. Around 400,000 people will be left without water unless fuel and aid are allowed in immediately."

Archivist Notes: Day 384: North Gaza Invasion

Day 20 of Israel's third ground invasion of the North Gaza governorate.

Healthcare situation

As of the night before, Israel caused a total collapse of healthcare services in North Gaza by besieging all hospitals, continuing the denial of entry of medical supplies, and threatening Civil Defense crews and paramedics to leave the governorate. A death sentence to anyone who is injured in Israeli attacks, who is presented with no choice but to bleed to death.

According to the Civil Defense, some of its crews remained behind in North Gaza despite the threats. But Israeli forces now hold the crews vehicles
