On December 1, in the morning, an Israeli drone bombed a site in the village of Sayr, in the Jenin district. At the same time, the Israeli forces sent large military reinforcements to the area and began searching and combing the olive groves around the targeted room.

Local sources and eyewitnesses said that heavy gunfire was heard in the targeted area, before the announcement of the death of two young men.

Violent clashes erupted, followed by the sounds of explosions, as a security cordon was imposed and the occupation prevented journalists from covering the event.

The Israli forces besieged Wael Abu Idris's house, shelling and killing Wael Lahlouh who had survived multiple assassination attempts in the town of Qabatiya several months ago.

The Israeli soldiers were seen pulling the bodies of two martyrs from a site on the outskirts of the village.

On December 2, several bodies in blue bags are left near the Dotan checkpoint. Allegedly, they are those killed in Sayr during the raid the day before (which were removed in blue bags).
