Around 10:45 am, Israeli strikes targeted the Abu Shabak clinic on Masoud Street in Jabalia al-Balad.

The public sector clinic had a team of 30 employees and used to provide thrid-level primary healthcare services and housed a community mental health center.

The clinic was completely destroyed. One person was killed and two injured.
