Dr. Hossam Abu Safia, the director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, speaks about the conditions of the wounded amid the lack of specialized doctors and the unavailability of the polio vaccine in the North Gaza Governorate, which renders the first dose ineffective. He also addresses malnutrition, famine, and immune diseases that have started to appear due to the blockade, and his expectation of further deterioration in the coming hours and days unless the blockade is lifted, allowing the passage of specialized medical teams and the delivery of essential medical supplies."
