The UNRWA failed and continues to fail its mission in northern Gaza

"What UNRWA did at the beginning of the war by moving south and abandoning the north and Gaza City was a grave mistake, as it succumbed to Netanyahu’s and the occupation’s orders despite having a UN mandate to fulfill its duty toward the Palestinian people. UNRWA should have immediately returned as more than half a million displaced people moved back from the south. How can a UN agency with an official mandate wait for Netanyahu’s approval to carry out its duty toward over half a million people now sleeping in the open? ما فعلته الأونروا منذ بداية الحرب بالتوجه للجنوب وترك الشمال ومدينة غزة خطيئة كبرى، حيث انصاعت لأوامر نتنياهو والاحتلال رغم أنها تحمل تفويضًا أمميًا للقيام بواجبها تجاه الشعب الفلسطيني.. كان يجب عودة الأونروا مباشرة مع رجوع أكثر من نصف مليون نازح من الجنوب.. كيف تنتظر مؤسسة أممية لديها تفويض أممي قرارًا من نتنياهو للقيام بواجبها تجاه أكثر من نصف مليون ينامون الآن في العراء؟" - Source
