"Gaza | A Mother Pleads: "My Children Haven't Tasted Bread in a Month" In a heartbreaking reflection of Gaza's deepening humanitarian crisis, a mother from the besieged strip says: "My children haven't had bread in a month-we've been surviving on lentils, and now even the lentils are gone." She adds in anguish: "We're boiling seawater just to be able to drink. We're waiting for mercy-for the war to stop and the crossings to open."
