While collecting their remains, members of the Palestine Red Crescent Society ambulance crew were fired on by Israeli snipers, but succeeded in recovering 5 bodies and an injured person.
Five members of the Al-Bourno family were killed when they were targeted by occupation warplane artillery on Salah al-Din Street, in the Shafut area near the Tafesh Freezers, while they were going to check on their home in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City. Source
