Genocide
"In a scene that proves the brutality and bloodiness of the Israeli occupation... A school sheltering a large number of displaced people was targeted... The first part of the video shows the bombing of several tents and the fall of several martyrs and injured. The other part of the video shows the bombing of tents again, killing everyone and burning some bodies. At the same time, the injured were left bleeding to death without ambulances being able to reach them due to the heavy bombardment and ongoing fire. This footage was filmed in December of last year." - Source
The footage was newly shared by Civil Defense member Abdullah Al-Majdalawi on December 6, 2024. Palestinian news agencies circulated the footage locating the school in Gaza City.
Dr. Munir Al-Bursh identified the school in a post: "This footage, which is being circulated for the first time and was filmed a year ago, shows a horrific massacre committed by the occupation army against displaced people at Salah Al-Din School, affiliated with UNRWA, in Gaza City. They bombed the displaced, then bombed those who tried to rescue them. What this footage depicts is exactly what is happening now in northern Gaza province, a tragedy that has been repeated daily for over 427 days amid global inaction to stop this genocide."
