Scenes after the occupation forces bombed the "Shaheber" school, which shelters displaced people in the Al-Shati camp, west of Gaza City.

Around 2:15 pm, an Israeli airstrike targeted the Shuhaibar school (Al Shati Boys Primary School) in Shati camp, west of Gaza City. The school was used as shelter for displaced persons ans is located next to another school and a clinic.

About one hour after the first strike, the IDF threatened a second strike.

Casualty reports minutes after the massacre indicated 12 people were killed and 30 injured. 11 of the dead were from the Shabat family, cousins of journalist Hossam Shabat
