• In just one of a series of deadly Israeli air strikes targeting Gaza City on the night of September 18th, 2024, Israel killed 5 members of the Al-Haddad family with an air strike on a residential building belonging to the Al-Daour family on Al-Thalathini Street, near the Al-Nono building, in the Al-Sabra neighborhood of Gaza City.

• Civil Defense crews reached the area but were forced to withdraw due to the difficulty of recovery operations and to the complete collapse of the ceilings.

• The crews returned in the morning and began the process of recovering the remaining victims. As of September 19th, they have recovered a woman and two girls, and are still searching for missing persons.
