The Director of the Emergency Medical Services is making an appeal to the Red Cross to intervene to save victims of

"*Moments ago, the IOF targeted a centre for people with disabilities in Jabalia. We received multiple SOS from the place and our crews headed there. There are martyrs and wounded, all of them are women and mute or deaf who were residing or sheltering in the centre. *

When our crews arrived, they were directly shot by Israeli vehicles stationed about 30 metres behind the centre. Our crews withdrew from the area and are unharmed.

Therefore, we address an appeal to those with a conscience, to the Red Cross—who specializes in coordinating ambulance operations (with Israel)—to allow ambulances to rescue the victims, women, children, and elderly. We emphasize that there are indeed casualties and martyrs. We want to reach them asap before they lose their lives."
