"The first cases of famine and severe malnutrition are being recorded in the northern Gaza Strip, according to Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya, Director of Kamal Adwan Hospital. Both children and adults are showing signs of pallor and dehydration as food supplies run critically low. Dr. Abu Safiya has urgently appealed to the World Health Organization, the Red Cross, and other humanitarian organizations to send medical delegations with surgical specialties, ambulances to transport the injured, and essential medical supplies to address the worsening humanitarian crisis.
