Day 56 of Israel's third ground invasion of the North Gaza governorate.

2,700 people were killed since the start of the invasion.

On the night before, Israeli strikes massacred families in their homes in Beit Lahia, including the Ahmad, Abu Safi and Aman families.

News of the massacres only surface a day or several days later due to the absence of sources confirming the targeting. In fact, reports from journalists about these massacres came only on the afternoon of November 29 as the areas have been turned into kill zones by the Israeli forces and amid the absence of any rescue services.

Eyewitnesses confirmed that there were displaced people in the houses, and that the house of the Aman family was also targeted.

People displaced from Beit Lahia also confirmed seeing corpses and skulls in the streets, especially in the Beit Lahia project market area.

• 1 pm: Airstrike on Al-Baba family's house in Beit Lahia. 20 killed

• 2 pm: Airstrike on the Ahmad family house in Beit Lahia. All inhabitants killed

• 6 pm: strike targeted people collecting firewood and water on Beit Lahia's main street. 5 killed
