"هذا هو الحال في محافظة شمال غزة المحاصرة، حيث لا يوجد دفاع مدني ولا إسعاف. نجا هذا الشاب بعد استهداف منزله من طائرات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في مشروع بيت لاهيا، لكنه لم يجد من يستطيع الوصول إليه ومساعدته. بقي على هذا الحال طيلة الليل ينادي ويستغيث بالجيران، الذين لم تكن بيدهم حيلة ولم يتمكنوا من مساعدته بسبب التواجد الدائم لمسيرات الكوادكوبتر التي تطلق النار مباشرة على أي شخص يتحرك.
