"Peace and blessings of God be upon you. Today, God decreed and graced us again as there was a strike near where me and my colleague Muhammad Shaheen, a correspondent for Al Jazeera Mubasher. We were passing in our car on Al-Thawra Street when a drone struck about 20 metres away from us, killing a martyr. You can see the damage to the car. We were inside. The backlight was shattered and shrapnel hit the car at multiple points. Thank God anyway. Unfortunately it's been a difficult and bloody day in Gaza and 40 were martyred, so far as airstrikes are still continuing and, God Forbid, the death toll could increase. May God preserve everyone and have mercy on us. Say Amen.'

Around 2:45 pm, an Israeli drone struck a group of people near Taj Mall on Al-Thawra Street, west of Gaza City.

Two people were killed and eight injured.
