<Reporter> The Israeli settlers destroyed the homes of Jorit Al-Khalil adjacent to the town Si'ir to the north of Hebron. Today, the residents were able to snatch a decision from the highest Israeli judicial body, to return to their homes while the occupation army is preventing the residents from returning to their homes and lands.

<Man in white> This area today, is being exposed to the harm of the settlers, today we snatched through the court, the decision to return and we are resiliant and sticking to our land, we will not leave ever and we will always stay, whether with a decision or without, this is our land, we own all the land deeds from the times of the ottomans, and we even have the Tapu <land ownership certificate> and so, not them or who's bigger than them will get us out of our land. <Man with a cap> We have came here twice where they wouldn't let us pass, and today we have solidarity activists, and we have... and as you can see there is the army, and soon the police. They are whistling right now and want to throw stones at us and they have dogs and stopping us from going back. We will go back, no matter what happens, inshallah we will return, we are determined.

Most of those present are the residents of Jorat Al-Khalil who were kicked out of Jorat Al-Khalil. There is an israeli court decision order for the people to return to their lands in this date, on this day 18, August. But unfortunately, the people came down and the there were settlers who prevented people from reaching Jorat Al-Khalil, and after the arrival of the occupation forces, there became an understanding that the [israeli] police is who will solve this situation and who will enforce this decision.

There won't be any empty spot in Jorat Al-Khalil from any resident of Jorat Al-Khalil. The return is a holy return and central, whether the israelis desire it or not. Because this is their land, their homes and they want to live in it, they were kicked out of it.
