Jamal al-Durrah, father of the martyr Ahmad Jamal al-Durrah recounts that his son was killed on the way back from his mother-in-law's place who was killed the day before. The family receive the news that Ahmad's body was at Al-Awda hospital while they were in Rafah.

Archivist Notes: Jamal al-Durrah's second son killed

The martyr is Ahmad Jamal Al-Durrah, brother of the late Mohammad Al-Durrah, whose murder by Israeli soldiers was an symbol of the second Intifada.

According to his father, Jamal al-Durrah, Ahmad was killed in an Israeli raid on Bureij camp while returning from the palce of his mother-in-law who was killed the day before.
