Soldiers and settlers pogrom on the village of Al-Shuyukh near Hebron

On September 7, at 6 hours ago (1 a.m. local time in Palestine) a violent settler attack occurred in the Khillet al-Eis area near the village of Al-Shuyukh, northeast of Hebron in the occupied West Bank. Israeli forces stormed the town of Al-Shuyukh, accompanied by settlers who set fire to forested areas. The raid was carried out amid heavy gunfire, resulting in several injuries among Palestinian residents of the town including the wounding of journalist Ahmad Munir Al-Halayqa while covering the events.

Israeli settlers opened fire on Palestinian residents, injuring two individuals—one shot in the abdomen and another in the neck. Both victims were reported to be in stable condition. The attackers also set fire to agricultural lands and properties in the area

The settlers were accompanied by Israeli military forces, who reportedly provided protection during the assault.
