Since dawn, the town of Qabatiya is subjected of various Israeli special forces operations.

Raid on houses

Israeli forces raided the home of captive Zakaria Zubeideh in Jenin camp, tying up and blindfolding his wife, daughter, and son.

Israeli forces surrounded a house in the town, fired Energa grenades at it, and raided nearby homes. Invading Israeli units also turned the area around the Jenin refugee camp into a staging ground for operations targeting Qabatiya and Ya’bad.

They arrested a Palestinian youth from Qabatiya before withdrawing from the area.

Israeli units deployed additional reinforcements to Qabatiya while an Apache helicopter hovered overhead.

Drone strike on a car

Israeli drones struck a car in the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin Refugee Camp, killing at least two Palestinians and injuring an un determined number.

Israeli troops entered Qabatiya following the attack, deploying across the town and heightening anxiety among the residents.
