Around midday, an Israeli drone struck a car north of Tubas, near the town of Aqaba, killing two people and injuring one. This provoked clashes between Palestinians and the Israeli forces.

According to Palestinian Red Crescent, the IDF prevented ambulances from reaching the individuals targeted in the car strike.

Medical personnel managed to take the injured individual to the hospital for treatment. IDF soldiers stormed the emergency department of the Turkish governmental hospital in Tubas, and abducted the injured person.

Local sources reported that several Palestinians were arrested and assaulted by soldiers who opened fire inside the hospital while searching for the injured person.

Israeli soldiers also detained three doctors and an emergency care nurse working at the hospital, accusing them of “aiding and abetting terrorism” as retaliation for treating the injured individual.

Around 13.50, the troops withdrew from the hospital.

"PMoH condemns the Israeli occupation forces’ raid on Tubas Turkey Government Hospital, during which they fired bullets and bombs inside the hospital, attacked healthcare personnel and patients, and carried out arrests. We urgently call on international institutions and the International Committee of the Red Cross to immediately intervene to stop the occupiers’ assault on the hospital, its staff, and its patients.This attack adds to the daily crimes committed by the Israeli occupation against the healthcare system in all the country’s governorates and represents a blatant violation of all international agreements, statutes, and humanitarian law."
