Halfway through the video, the bereaved woman said that she didn't see her brother and was told that his body was headless and his children's remains were collected as pieces of shredded flesh. Her brother's whole family was killed as well as his daughter's. 14 people were gone.

Around 9 pm, an Israeli airstrike targeted Al-Sheikh Jamil Boys Elementary School in Khan Younis, opposite of Nasser Medical Complex.

The airstrike set the school's third floor on fire and resulted in a large number of casualties, with a preliminary death toll of 20 people.
