Archivist Notes: Hajji family massacre - Zaytoun
On the night of September 20, Israel launched an air strike on the house of the Hajji family on Kashko Street in Zaytoun neighborhood, south of Gaza City, killing seven people, mostly from the same family.
The Civil Defense originally reported that two people were found killed, including one woman, dozens injured, and that they succeeded in rescuing 5 children from under the rubble. They also reported that people in neighboring houses were injured.
The process of searching for missing people and recovering martyrs continued, and the final list of those killed is as follows:
