On september 18, in the morning, an Israeli drone targeted a white BWD civilian car in front of the Red Cross Hospital on the beach in Rafah, and martyrs and injuries are recovered from the scene. The location was reported to be in the "humanitarian area", and there is a large number of displaced people in the area.
