Bombing of the Palestinian Medical Relief Society center in Gaza City

Around 12:30 pm, an Israeli airstrike targeted the Al-Shawwa residential building which also housed a center of the The Palestinian Medical Relief Society (PRMS) at Al-Samer intersection in central Gaza City.

While the IDF had reportedly ordered the evacuation of the center, its bombed also targeted an adjacent building where displaced families were sheltering—60 people according to locals—in the basement.

The PRMS reported that the airstrike destroyed the building and injured two medical staff. In addition, at least 9 people were killed, mostly from the Hasanein family and including 4 children.
