The occupation forces destroyed residential blocks and dozens of homes over the heads of their residents using explosive barrels, which resulted in the martyrdom of 70 citizens, in addition to dozens of wounded and missing people from the residents of the Beit Lahia project in the northern Gaza Strip.

At 2 am Israeli airstrikes targeted residential blocks in the Beit Lahia project, destroying the 5-storey house of the Ghabayen family, near the Al-Salama balery intersection.

There were about 70 people sheltering inside the house include from the Safi, Ghunaim, and Iyada families, leading to a preliminary casualty estimation of 50 killed
