Journalist Yosra Aklouk bids farewell to her colleague Eman Al-Shanti after she was martyred in the occupation's bombing of the Gaza Strip.

At midday, an Israeli airstrike targeted the Al-Malash residential building in Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, north of Gaza City.

The whole family of journalist Eman Al-Shanti (Abed), was killed: herself, her husband and their three children.

Israeli drones prevented rescuers and journalists from reaching the house as they were hovering over the area. Journalist Hossam Shabat testified that drones dropped a bomb on locals who were trying to reach the victims, and remained there when paramedics arrived.

Eman's dying wish: "If I die, they must kill me with this weapon. I don't want to die as a corpse under the rubble and have my family suffer to find me. Not as a corpse thrown in the street for dogs and cats to eat. Not as corpse in a shroud. I don't want there photographers taking pictures of the body disrespecting the privacy of the dead. What else... What matters is that you die evaporated. That's the best thing and the best option."
