"A newborn's heart stopped at Kamal Adwan Hospital in Gaza after the Israeli occupation army bombed the facility past midnight, severing its oxygen network and destroying its only generator. Dr. Hussam Abu Saffiya, Director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, explained that doctors managed to resuscitate the baby using oxygen cylinders as repairs began on the damaged systems. The attack injured six staff members, including an ICU doctor now in critical condition, and caused extensive damage to the hospital's infrastructure. With over 85 patients, including eight in intensive care, the hospital urgently calls for international intervention to open a humanitarian corridor for northern Gaza.
