Journalist Mahmoud Sabbah is explaining the context: He says that there are violent (Israeli) strikes in the Qleibo area neighborhoring the (Indonesian) hospital and people are evacuating the area. However, ambulances are unable to reach the (dangerous) area. He documents the moment when relatives plead and argue with ambulance to head to the area and rescue or at least retrieve the bodies of victims. They managed to retrieve at least one victim moments later.
