Day 10 of Israel's 3rd ground invasion of Jabalia, was characterized by Israel's clear focus on denying the population access to any form of sustenance, pursuing a policy of deliberate starvation. The UN WFP confirmed that north Gaza has not receiving any food aid since October 1st, four days before Israel's invasion started.

The UN special rapporteur for the occupied Palestinian territory Francesca Albanese denounced the attacks on the north as "another massacre". She said Palestinians in Jabalia "are killed – both in groups and one by one – amid unspeakable cruelty and sadism" by Israeli troops "who have accepted to be ‘willing executioners’ of a genocidal plan".

• Israeli forces have placed explosive barrels in Al-Faluja's residential areas
• Strike on Al-Sharafi family's 4-storey house in Al-Faluja area in Jabalia. Fire broke out as a result and rescue teams are unable to reach the family source
