Archivist Notes: Murder of Police Directors and multiple children

Since midnight, Israeli helicopters were flying over Khan Younis and, around 1 am, launched an airstrike on displacement tents near Al-Salam neighborhood camp, west of Bir Zanoun and Al-Shaer, west of Khan Younis.

11 people were killed. Among them were high ranking Police directors, three children and one woman from Al-Bardawil family and siblings from Al-Madhoun family.

Maj. Gen. Mahmoud Salah was a key memebr in building the Palestinian Police force in Gaza.
