Around 3:30 pm, an Israeli airstrike targeted an apartment at the Al-Siddiq residential tower in Al-Yarmouk of Gaza City.

The bombing led to the massacre of three generations of the Shehato family.

Child Ali Faraj survived the massacre after being blown by the explosion from the fifth floor to the rooftop of a neighboring building. His father and five siblings were killed. Ali and his mother were the only members of the family to survive.
