Due to the multiple overlapping air strikes, it's difficult to be certain which attack this was. The only air strike that targeted the west of Gaza City during this time was on Tal Al-Hawa, so that is likely the correct answer.

At 6:22pm on September 29th, 2024, an Israeli air strike targeted a public area near the Universities in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood, killing three people, and wounding a number of others, near the Municipal Park in the center of Gaza City
