"A blind Palestinian man has been denied exit from Gaza despite securing coordination and approval through the World Health Organization. Muhammad Mahmoud Qamar has been refused medical treatment since his injury on October 24, 2023. His travel companion was previously rejected, and now he himself has been blocked from leaving to receive the urgent care he needs.
