Around 9:30 am, two separate Israeli strikes targeted police officers deployed in eastern Rafah to secure the entry of aid, killing three of them.

Specifically, the officers were targeted with a drone strike while on a mission to apprehend Yasser Abu Shabab, the leader of a gang collaborating with the IDF for months to loot humanitarian aid.

In a separate Israeli strike, a civilian was killed in Rafah.
