"The Israeli military is using the under-construction Qatari-funded “Hamad Bin Jassim” hospital as a military base for its operations in the city. This marks the 3rd Hospital known to be used as a military base by the Israeli military after TIKA Hospital in South Gaza City, and Noura Al-Kaabi Dialysis Medical Hospital in Jabalia."
