Roundabout Kowait mass killing on March 14.

• On 14 March 2024, an attack occurred on the Kuwait Roundabout east of Gaza City, killing at least 21 people and injuring 155 others, according to the Gaza Health Ministry.

• According to Al Jazeera Israeli tanks fired indiscriminately, with some wounded left bleeding on the streets for hours. Others were taken to Al-Shifa Hospital, though some of the victims did not receive treatment due to a lack of staff and supplies at the hospital.
• Mohammed Ghurab, the director of emergency services at Al-Shifa, stated people had been hit by "direct shots" from Israeli forces. Witnesses stated that Israeli tanks and a helicopter fired live ammunition at the aid seekers. Survivors of the attack asked why aid trucks were brought into northern Gaza at all if aid seekers were just going to be shot. *An analysis of several victims of the most recent flour massacre indicates that they were shot with 5.56 x 45mm NATO bullets, which are discharged from Israeli army-issued weaponry. Some of the bullets found in bodies of the wounded and dead are the same type of bullet that was found at the scene of the first flour massacre, which happened on 29 February 29 and resulted in hundreds of injuries and deaths.
• Evidence complements the testimonies recorded by Euro-Med Monitor from injured people and witnesses who had been in the vicinity of the Kuwait roundabout during the latest massacre. Those interviewed all confirmed that they were subjected to artillery shells and machine gun fire from helicopters, quadcopter drones, and tanks.
• According to survivor Ziad Saeed Madoukh, who was injured, the Israeli army opened fire on the crowd once the aid trucks reached the Kuwait roundabout. Even after some of the aid was distributed, Israeli forces kept shooting at the crowd, with the apparent intention of killing the starving people.
