"‼️4-year-old Mohammad Abu Hosayn is wasting away in silence, his body reduced to skin and bone from acute malnutrition. His face no longer carries the softness of childhood and his ribs press against a chest too frail to hold hope. There is no food, no medicine, and no means left to survive. Born to live like any other child, he has instead been trapped by Israel's genocidal occupation. Each passing day strips away more of his weight, his strength, and his future. His parents can do nothing but watch, powerless, while his silence cries out for rescue. Mohammad is dying slowly while Israel continues its blockade and all crossings remain sealed.
