"🚨Two-and-a-half-year-old Roaa Amin Mashi arrived dead at Nasser Medical Complex after succumbing to severe malnutrition. She had no preexisting conditions, no heart, chest, or neurological illness. Months earlier, she had been admitted for treatment and discharged in stable condition. But under the Israeli occupation’s total blockade, her family could not access the necessary food or milk. With no support outside the hospital, her condition deteriorated rapidly. At the time of her death, she had lost 50 percent of her body weight and weighed only 7 kilograms, nearly half the healthy weight for her age.
