Journalist Hassan Eslayeh writes: "Urgent and updated: 13 martyrs and a number of injuries, including children, arrived at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis as a result of an airstrike carried out by the occupation forces on the home of the Dhahir family north of Rafah."

On September 20th, 2024, two houses belonging to the Duhair family in the Musbah area of Rafah were targeted by Israeli warplanes with air strikes, causing a large massacre. Civil Defense rushed to the scene. In their first update, they had recovered 7 bodies, and transported several injuries, including children, to Nasser Medical Complex. By their second update, the death toll had risen to 13. At most recent report, this attack has killed 15 people, and injured an unknown number. Multiple victims, including children, were reported to be dismembered or severely mutilated. Source
